Block level Orientation Program on ‘Nirmal Gram Abhiyan’, District Baran:

Block-Chhipabarod, District-Baran

• Participants- 45, which included PRIs, Panchayat Officials and community leaders.
• Issues Discussed: Background and current status of sanitation program. Concept of Nirmal Gram Abhiyan, roles and responsibilities of PRIs, way forward role of standing committee.
• The inaugural session of the workshop was chaired by Shri Pritam B. Yashwant, District Collector & Chairman DWSC, Baran.
• The workshop was concluded with valedictory address by Smt. Sarita Singh Chouhan, Zila Pramukh, Baran.
• A road map was prepared at the end of the workshop to achieve the objectives of the campaign with people’s participation.
