About Us
Prabhu Foundation is established in Nov, 2001, is a non‐government, non‐political and non‐profit organization. It aims to uphold the social dignity and economic well being of downtrodden, deprived and marginalized communities, in rural and urban vicinities of Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha & Madhya Pradesh. Recognizing its social responsibility foundation has been continuously working to build a healthy environment for the deprived populace by seamlessly connecting grass root work in health & hygiene, education, child rights, water resource management, natural resource management, formation of SHGs, village Forest Protection and Management committee and employable skill development programs. Prabhu Foundation is also involved in Environment management by conducting assessment and conducting various kind of audits of industrial operations and corporates for contributing sustainable development.
Jal Jeevan Mission
The Jal Jeevan Mission, a pivotal Central Government initiative, aims to provide piped water to every rural household by 2024. Launched on August 15, 2019, by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the “Har Ghar Jal Yojana” focuses on delivering clean water through pipelines. Beneficiaries include households lacking water connections, with state-led implementation and additional funding from central programs such as MGNREGA, SBM, PRI funds, and the 15th Finance Commission grants.
The mission unfolds in three phases:-

Creating infrastructure for groundwater-based water supply.
